Native Shoreland

Native shoreland protects lakes while adding natural beauty. The deep roots of native plants filter pollutants, improve water quality, and prevent erosion. They also absorb stormwater to reduce flooding and provide essential habitat for birds, pollinators, and other wildlife. With colorful blooms and diverse vegetation, native plantings create vibrant, resilient shoreland that rivals traditional lawns in appearance and value.
