Cost Share/Incentives

Anyone seeking cost share or financial incentives should work with their local Soil and Water Conservation District and County staff. Funds are administered through the local partners, however certain programs have one set of guidance for use across the entire watershed.

Shoreline Restoration

Native Shoreland Plantings

Shoreland owners are eligible for $500 per parcel for planting a minimum of 150 sq ft of native vegetation. Approval is required from the local SWCD prior to planting or seeding. The forms and templates below can be used to assist in applying for funding through your local SWCD.
