A Lake Management Plan allows the CRWJPO and partners to best address what each priority lake needs. A nutrient budget is developed for each lake by gathering data and modeling nutrient inputs, which includes watershed contributions and nutrients present within the lakes plants and sediment. Recommendations may prioritize upland treatments, or they may identify the need for in lake treatment of plants, sediment or fish communities. The priority lakes in the Comprehensive Watershed Management Plan that will be studied further are Beaver, Cedar, Fish, Fox, Hunt, Kelly/Dudley, and Roemhildts. Local staff are working with State staff for completion of the Lake Management Plans. Plans will be posted here as they are completed.
